Collaboration Agreement: BINA’A, YARD and GEFD

On 1 November 2026, Bayt El-Maarifa International Academy (BINA’A), Yemen Al-Khair for Relief and Development Foundation (YARD), and Green Empowerment for Development Organization (GEFD) established a tripartite Memorandum of Understanding aimed at strengthening strategic cooperation in humanitarian assistance, sustainable development, institutional capacity-building, and academic and scientific research. The partnership brings together BINA’A’s academic, technical, and research expertise, YARD’s institutional and administrative capabilities, and GEFD’s technical and field experience to develop innovative, evidence-based humanitarian and development initiatives. With an initial focus on Taiz Governorate, Yemen, the collaboration seeks to enhance local capacities, facilitate knowledge exchange, improve project quality, and expand opportunities for sustainable humanitarian impact through coordinated action and shared expertise.
