Projects’ Submitted Proposals

In collaboration with Green Empowerment for Development (GEFD) in Yemen, we submitted two innovative project proposals to the Internet Society Foundation to advance digital inclusion, climate resilience, and sustainable infrastructure development in Taiz, Yemen. The first proposal, “Advancing Digital Inclusion and Climate-Resilient Learning Environments through Community Internet Connectivity in Taiz, Yemen,” expands equitable internet access and strengthens climate-resilient educational environments for vulnerable communities. The second proposal, “Building Climate-Resilient Internet-Enabled Water Infrastructure in Fragile Contexts: A Study of Low-Power IoT Connectivity, Digital Inclusion, and Infrastructure Resilience in Taiz, Yemen,” explores innovative low-power IoT connectivity solutions to improve water infrastructure resilience and expand digital access in fragile, climate-vulnerable settings. These initiatives demonstrate our continued commitment to leveraging technology, research, and partnerships to support sustainable development and strengthen community resilience in Yemen.
